About the Daikin AURORA™ Floor Mount
The Daikin AURORA Floor Mount pairs the powerful RXP-AV outdoor unit with the FVXV floor-mounted indoor unit. This combination delivers 19.5 SEER2 cooling efficiency and HSPF2 up to 9.7 for heating — outstanding numbers for a floor console style unit.
Floor-mount mini-splits are ideal in situations where wall space is limited or unavailable — spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, rooms with angled ceilings, or areas where aesthetic concerns make a wall-mount unit undesirable. The AURORA floor unit sits unobtrusively along the baseboard and blends naturally into the room.
The indoor unit is available in two color options — titanium and white — to match your interior decor. At 29.5 inches wide and only 9.4 inches deep, it has a compact footprint that fits in tight spaces without obstructing the room.
The RXP-AV outdoor unit features AURORA-series cold-climate technology, delivering effective heating even when outdoor temps are low. The variable-speed inverter compressor modulates continuously to maintain your desired temperature precisely, eliminating the on/off cycling of conventional systems.
The FVXV indoor unit includes dual air discharge — upward and forward — to distribute conditioned air evenly throughout the room. This eliminates hot and cold spots and creates a more uniform, comfortable environment.
